Located in beautiful downtown Princeton, IL. $15 registration from 8:00 am to 12 noon. Particpant judging from noon to 1:30 p.m. Award presentation begins at 3:00 p.m. with three awards per class. Dash plaques to the first 200 registered. Food available from Pork Producers.
