Beech Mountain Resort Presents the Inaugural Back to School Car Show

The Beech Mountain Resort Inaugural Back to School Car Show hopes to feature 100 cars ranging from early classics to current street tuners. The car show will go from 11:00am until 5:00pm, with awards being presented at 6:00pm. The categories being judged will be Ford, Chevy, Mopar, GM other than Chevy, and Imports as well as overall best in show.

This is a free event to attend and will feature something fun for the entire family. We will have live music in the village, scenic lift rides to our 5506’ Sky Bar, a hot dog eating contest, door prizes, a cake walk, and lots of other fun activities. The Beech Tree Bar and Grille will be open as well as the Beech Mountain Brewing Co. We will post updates on our Facebook Event Page as they become available as well as on our website.

We will be collecting school supplies as well, so bring a few back to school items and enjoy a day of fun food and cars with us!

Car Show Registration

Registration for the car show is $25.00 and all proceeds will go to benefit the public-school systems of Avery and Watauga Counties.
Load in will begin at 9:00am the day of the event. We will be using parking two at Beech Mountain Resort for the show – this is a gravel parking lot.
